What is your return policy?

All sales are final unless product is received damaged. If you have proof of damaged products please send all info to fitdaddyhq@gmail.com.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.

2.Product Questions

What size should I order?

Our regular sized hats fit up to size 7 and 3/4 heads and our XL sizes fit perfect for anyone up to size 8.

Where are your hats made?

We design all styles in the United States, source materials from all over the world, and produce in China.

How do I care for this product?

Do not machine wash. Do not put in the dishwasher. Hand wash with cold water and hand soap. Dab with a wet rag to get stains out with soap. Once again. DO NOT PUT IN THE WASHER.
